  15.    I have decided to get myself a 28K modem. I haven't played with them around 
  16. much, but I was just wondering if a Dynalink is good enough? I have heard many 
  17. stories regarding them, but really, how good or bad are they? BTW, Dynalink 
  18. are what I can afford to buy currently.
